What we have in us can drive us to be something far better.
Brent Jones
We don’t know if a caterpillar can feel or sense surprise and awe at what it becomes, turning into a butterfly. We know that we humans think the surprise and wonder when a little crawling bug becomes a beautiful butterfly.
The butterfly can remember what it learned as a caterpillar. According to studies by scientists, caterpillars can learn and remember things when they are caterpillars, and adult butterflies can do the same when they are butterflies. One example is avoiding an awful smell experienced as a caterpillar carries over into the moth stage.
A good lesson for humans, remember what you learned when you were starting.
