Positivity for the scientist means that the substance being tested for is found present. For all of us, being optimistic or positive or in attitude would be considered “positivity”.

For my video channel the word, positivity, was chosen to represent one of the playlists. Another playlist is labeled “Life Changing Events & Ideas”, which could include “Positivity” because so many examples of how this state can be life-changing exist.
